Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with
these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By
accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of
the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Guide Star Ltd reserves the right to make at its own discretion any amendments to this Policy at any time and without any special notice to this effect. The new version of this Policy shall come into effect upon posting of the same on the Site. Continuing using the Service, the User confirms its consent to comply with the terms and conditions of the Policy in its current version.

Any timeframes set are stated according to time zone UTC+0.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our Chauffeurs are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances without our control.

We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.

We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary

Online Bookings

In making a Booking via this Website You must provide accurate Details and are responsible for any
failure to do so.

It is Your responsibility to ensure that Your Details and Trips are correct and accurate by providing,
but not limited to; selecting a vehicle suitable for your luggage requirements, a valid postcode which
also does not commit a traffic violation, correct date and time for the journeys to take place, correct
customer name, correct and valid email address, correct and valid telephone number. If the Trip
details are inaccurate and an invalid or no postcode or a postcode which causes a traffic violation is
provided or an, incorrect, date, time, customer name, email address, telephone number provided
you may incur additional charges and may not be due a refund.

By supplying your email address, you permit Guide Star Ltd to contact you via email, in return we
promise never to supply your email to any third party.

Guide Star Ltd requires a minimum of 24 hours advance on online bookings prior to beginning of
hire. For online bookings we advise on journeys to airport to allow one hour additional time.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of
all monies paid will be non-refundable.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer up to 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of
all monies paid will be non-refundable.

If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies
paid will be non-refundable. We allow 60 minutes FREE waiting time at airports after landing and 15
minutes for all other pick ups.

Online quotations do not allow for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day or New Years Eve. On
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day there will be a 100% surcharge on all journeys. All
other Bank Holidays will be subject to a 25% surcharge.

Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire
to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a
vehicle to working order – as well as any subsequent loss of earnings for the driver for the
consequence of their vehicle being off the road.

Privacy Policy

This includes information that is automatically stored by cookies and other session tools. For
example, your shopping cart information, your IP address, your shopping history (if there is any) etc.
This information is used to improve your customer experience. When you use our services or look at
the contents of our website, your activities may be logged.
